Refund policy
You have 15 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
Exchanges:
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.
Sale Items:
Sale items are eligible for return or exchange following the same guidelines, but please note that certain sale items may be marked as final sale and are non-refundable.
