How do I take a care of my Hemp clothes?
-Gentle Washing: Use a mild wash cycle or hand wash in cold water, along with similar colors.
-Air Dry: Skip the tumble dryer. Air dry hemp items to maintain shape and integrity.
-Protective Bag: Place garments in a lingerie bag to prevent lint from zippers and Velcro.
-Wrinkle-Free Drying: Dry flat on a rack to avoid wrinkles. Hemp dries quickly!
Where are your shipping destinations available?
We currently offer shipping across Europe. We're planning to expand to international deliveries soon. If your country isn't listed, please feel free to reach out to us;
What do you mean by pre-order?
Pre-orders are when you order any of our pieces before they're officially available. By pre-ordering now, you'll receive your items by April. This helps us understand how many items to produce, ensuring we do not overstock
What is your return/exchange policy?
You have 15 days from the date of purchase to return an item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
Exchanges:
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our customer service.
Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund.
Sale Items:
Sale items are eligible for return or exchange following the same guidelines, but please note that certain sale items may be marked as final sale and are non-refundable.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your order on our website or the shipping carrier's site.
Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we offer international shipping, only to Europe at the moment. Shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the destination.
Are the colors of the clothing items accurate to what's displayed online?
We strive to display colors as accurately as possible. However, due to the natural properties of hemp fiber, slight variations in color may occur
Do you have a physical store where I can try on the clothes?
We currently operate as an online store only and do not have physical locations for trying on clothes.
Are there any discounts or promotions available?
We periodically offer discounts and promotions. Stay updated by subscribing to our newsletter or checking our website regularly.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, we offer gift cards available for purchase. They make great gifts for friends and family.
Can I cancel my order?
